1. Who processes the data

The operator is {{FIO}}, self-employed (Russian NPD tax regime), INN {{INN}}, email {{EMAIL}} (the Operator). This policy covers the @sayboopBot bot, its Mini App and the sayboop.com website.

2. What data we process

• Your Telegram ID, name and language from your Telegram profile.
• Reminder texts, their time, repeats and your settings (time zone, snooze buttons).
• Voice messages only while they are transcribed. After that they are not stored.
• Your email address, if you give it when you pay, so we can send the receipt.
• Subscription payment details (date, amount, payment number). The payment service processes card data; the Operator does not receive it.

3. Why we need it

To create and send reminders, understand text and voice, take payments and send receipts, and answer your messages.

4. Who receives the data

• Telegram for message delivery.
• Cloudflare for data storage and running the service.
• OpenAI to find the task and the time in a phrase.
• xAI for voice message transcription.
• YooKassa (OOO NKO “YuMoney”) and Telegram Stars for payments.

We share only what a task needs. We do not sell data and do not use it for ads.

5. How long we keep it

While you use Boop. The /forget command deletes all your reminders and settings. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we keep about you and can correct or delete it. Write to {{EMAIL}} or use the /forget command in the bot.
