1. General terms
1.1. This offer is an invitation from {{FIO}}, who uses the special tax regime “Professional income tax” (Russian NPD), INN {{INN}} (the Provider), to make a contract for access to Boop Plus on the terms below.
1.2. Paying for the subscription means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the person who pays (the User).
2. Subject
2.1. The Provider gives the User access to the extended features of Boop in Telegram (the bot and the Mini App): voice reminders without a limit, a higher daily limit of AI requests, and repeat reminders until you tap Done.
2.2. Access is linked to the User’s Telegram account.
3. Price and payment
3.1. The subscription price is 199 ₽ for 30 days. No VAT.
3.2. You can pay by bank card, by SBP or by other methods available in the YooKassa payment service (OOO NKO “YuMoney”).
3.3. The subscription renews automatically every 30 days and charges 199 ₽ to the saved payment method if the User agrees when paying. The Provider tells the User about the next charge in Telegram at least 1 day before.
3.4. The receipt is made in the “Moy Nalog” app and sent to the email address given at payment.
4. Cancellation and refunds
4.1. The User can cancel auto-renewal at any time with the /plus command in the bot or by email to {{EMAIL}}. After that, no more charges are made and access stays until the end of the paid period.
4.2. If the service was not provided because of the Provider, the Provider refunds the unused period after the User writes to {{EMAIL}}, within 10 working days.
5. Responsibility
5.1. The service works through Telegram and third-party speech and text processing providers. The Provider is not responsible for failures caused by these platforms.
5.2. The service helps you remember things but does not guarantee that you do them. It does not replace medical, legal or other professional reminders.
6. Personal data
6.1. The Provider processes the Telegram ID, reminder texts and the email address for the receipt only to provide the service. Voice messages are transcribed and not stored. The User can delete all data with the /forget command.
